Celicerca – Soluções Equestres, Lda. is the only company in Portugal with the expertise and capability to build high-quality temporary equestrian surfaces.

Over the years, we have delivered numerous temporary riding arenas. Internationally, we were responsible for the temporary equestrian surfaces at Madrid Horse Week from 2014 to 2022. In Portugal, we have completed projects at Rural Beja, Agrovouga, FIL Lisbon, Cais do Sodré, in front of Campo Pequeno, Super Bock Arena, and many other prestigious venues.

Celicerca has a specialised team, the appropriate equipment and the right partners to successfully deliver this type of project. Combined with the technical expertise of our site manager, this makes us, to date, the only company in Portugal capable of executing projects of this nature.

These projects involve installing the riding surface before the event, supporting the event itself, and dismantling the surface once the event has ended. At the Super Bock Arena, for example, the surface was installed the day before the event. Work began before dawn and was completed the same day, allowing the horses to carry out training sessions and rehearsals for the Portuguese Army Equestrian Gala. Once the gala had finished, the Celicerca team returned during the night to dismantle the surface, completing the work in the early hours of the following morning.
